About the Temperature Converter (°C to °F)

Thermometers in India show both scales, and doctors may use either. This converter removes the guesswork.

Formula explained

°F = (°C × 9 ÷ 5) + 32

°C = (°F − 32) × 5 ÷ 9

Normal body temperature is about 36.1–37.2 °C (97–99 °F). A temperature of 38 °C (100.4 °F) or higher is usually considered a fever.
