Preparation
Fasting and medication guidelines
Many blood tests need an overnight fast of about eight to twelve hours, with water allowed. Your booking confirmation lists any specific instructions for your chosen test or package. Do not stop prescribed medication unless your own clinician has told you to.
Home visits
How home sample collection works
Choose a home collection slot when you book and pay online. A trained phlebotomist arrives at your address, confirms your details, and collects your sample using single-use, sealed equipment. Payment security is handled by our checkout provider, and you receive a confirmation for every visit.
Lab reports
When your digital report is ready
Turnaround depends on the test selected, and the expected timeframe is shown before you book. Reports appear in your account once verified, and you can download a PDF at any time. Questions about a result can be discussed with a physician through our consultation option.
