This policy explains how TestAura (testaura.in) handles information. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and collect only what we need.

Health tools: your numbers stay on your device

Everything you type into our health calculators and guides — such as weight, blood sugar, lab values, dates or results — is processed only in your own browser. It is not sent to us, not stored and not shared with anyone, including analytics or advertising companies.

Anonymous usage counts

To improve the tools we count, anonymously, how often tool pages are opened, how often a calculator is used, search words typed on the Health Tools page (numbers are removed), category clicks and booking-button clicks. These counts contain no health values, results, names, IP addresses or cookies and cannot identify you. If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”, nothing is counted. Counts older than 400 days are deleted.

Information you give us

When you book a test, request a callback, contact us or request a member ID, we collect the details you enter (such as name, mobile number, email, address or pincode and your message) to provide that service, contact you and keep records required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Lab test data

Samples and reports are handled by the processing laboratory to deliver your results. Reports are shared only with you and anyone you authorise.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the website to work (for example to keep you logged in to your account). The health tools do not use cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data you have given us, or withdraw consent, by contacting us below. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
